Classic Catering Design provides professional catering services including:

3. User Responsibilities

4. Booking and Payment

All bookings require a signed contract and deposit to secure your date. Payment terms include:

• 50% deposit required to secure booking
• Final payment due 30 days before event
• Late fees may apply for payments received after due date
• Cancellation policies apply as outlined in contract

5. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation terms vary by service and timing:

• 90+ days before event: Full refund minus $500 administrative fee
• 60-89 days before event: 50% refund
• 30-59 days before event: 25% refund
• Less than 30 days: No refund

Force majeure events may be subject to different terms at our discretion.

6. Liability and Insurance

Classic Catering Design maintains appropriate insurance coverage. However:

• We are not liable for acts of God, weather, or force majeure
• Client is responsible for venue-specific requirements
• Maximum liability limited to contract value
• We recommend clients obtain event insurance

7. Dietary Requirements and Allergies

Clients must provide detailed information about dietary restrictions and allergies at least 14 days before the event. We cannot guarantee 100% avoidance of allergens in shared kitchen environments. Additional charges may apply for specialized dietary accommodations.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and materials on our website and in our marketing materials are owned by Classic Catering Design or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

9. Website Usage

Our website is provided "as is" without warranties. You agree not to:

• Use the site for illegal purposes
• Transmit harmful code or viruses
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access
• Interfere with site functionality

10. Governing Law
